When you have very little time to devote to yourself, especially preparing healthy meals, you may be more inclined to be tempted by a quick, easy meal. The more fast food you eat, the unhealthier it is for you.
You may be giving up exercise.
It only takes 15 minutes of solid cardiovascular exercise every day to stay in pretty good physical condition. Most people focus on hour long workout routines. You may feel you don’t have the time for that. If you’re not exercising, your body is not being given the chance to stay as strong, fit, and healthy as possible.
You’re rushing around.
When you rush around, you’re probably walking faster, maybe jogging, rolling through stop signs or red lights, and even pushing yourself beyond what is considered safe. That is certainly not taking care of yourself in a healthy manner.
