Our founder, Christopher Jenkins, grew up in New Canaan, Connecticut, a small town where he learned about caring for neighbors. Christopher was also deeply influenced by his grandparents, the late Reverend George and Louise Brown, to always care for others and to live a life of social impact.
In 2001, Christopher and his wife, Susan, welcomed their first daughter, Allison, into the world. Soon after Allison’s birth, it was evident that she had developmental and medical complications. At the time Christopher was managing a technology company and decided it was time to step down and focus on Allison and the family.
Through personal experiences, Christopher has learned the joys and challenges of caring for someone vulnerable 24/7 and the importance of finding experienced, compassionate, and affordable care. These strong influencers are the foundation of our company today.
